Are you looking for a total body workout that will fit into
your schedule?  With a state-of-the-art shock absorbing
floor and energetic, certified instructors, we can provide
you with what you need for a year-round shape-up program,
whether you're a novice or longtime exerciser.  Work out
sessions include a variety of aerobic workouts, muscle
conditioning, Pilates, and yoga, and are scheduled
throughout the day and evening.  Be good to yourself and
