YOUR YMCA LINKS
The YMCA is available upon your request for
special personal needs.  Please contact the
YMCA to discuss renting and using the facilities
for birthday parties, lock-ins, reunions, baptisms
or for other occasions.

YMCA Birthday Parties  

Have your child's next birthday party at the YMCA!
There are several options to choose from.  Parties &
lock-ins must be scheduled and paid for two weeks in
advance. If payment is not received at least two weeks
in advance, the event will be canceled. There is a $50
cancellation fee for any party or group event. Contact
the YMCA at 625-1976 for more information or to
schedule your party.

        SPLASH PAD PARTY
*Splash Pad Party & Group Event reservations are booked
during the summer on Fridays 7-9pm, Saturdays 5-7pm and
Sundays 5-7pm.  These are private reservations.

Package 1:  This reservation includes the use of the
Splash Pad for 1 hour and 45 minutes to open
presents, eat cake, etc.  It also includes a Splash Pad
Water Ranger, one-third sheet birthday cake, utensils,
plates, napkins, table cloths, and generic birthday
party decorations for up to 30 people.  

Members:  $135.00               Non-Members: $200.00

Package 2:  This reservation includes the use of the
Splash Pad for 1 hour and 45 minutes to open
presents, eat cake, etc.  It also includes a Splash Pad
Water Ranger, one-half sheet birthday cake, utensils,
plates, napkins, table cloths, and generic birthday
party decorations for up to 50 people.  

Members:  $175.00               Non-Members: $240.00

Splash Pad Group Event:  This reservation includes
the use of the Splash Pad for 2 hours and includes two
Splash Pad Water Rangers for up to 100 people (this
event is reserved for Churches & other Civic
Organizations.

      POOL PARTY PALOOZA
*Pool Parties are booked on Saturdays & Sundays during
regular business hours.

Package 1:  With this reservation, one lifeguard is
provided for the pool for one hour.  Also included is the
use of the birthday party room for one hour with a
quarter-sheet birthday cake, utensils, plates, napkins,
table cloths, and generic birthday party decorations for
up to 20 people.  

Members:  $110.00               Non-Members: $160.00
Additional hours of swimming may be added for $25 per hour.

Package 2:  With this reservation, two lifeguards are
provided for the pool for one hour.  This reservation
includes the use of the birthday party room for one
hour with a half-sheet birthday cake, utensils, plates,
napkins, table cloths, and generic birthday party
decorations for up to 40 people.

Members:  $140.00              Non-Members: $190.00
Additional hours of swimming may be added for $50 per hour.

                RAZZLE DAZZLE
  BIRTHDAY PARTY ROOM (ONLY)

Package 1:  This reservation includes the use of the
birthday party room for one hour with a quarter-sheet
birthday cake, utensils, plates, napkins, table cloths,
and generic birthday party decorations for up to 20
people.  

Members:  $65.00                Non-Members: $105.00

Package 2:  This reservation includes the use of the
birthday party room for one hour with a one-third sheet
birthday cake, utensils, plates, napkins, table cloths,
and generic birthday party decorations for up to 35
people.

Members:  $85.00                Non-Members: $125.00

Field Trips & Youth Group Packages

Field trips or youth group trips can be customized with
reservations for the pool, racquetball courts, the
Splash Pad, the playground/shelter, the soccer fields,
and the gymnasium.

YMCA Facility Rental
*Lock-in reservations are made on Friday nights
only from 7pm-7:30am the next morning.

Do you know of a group or organization that would like
to swim and play all night in a safe environment? Try
renting the renting the YMCA for a night.  A $100.00
security deposit must be paid when making a
reservation.  Failure to follow contract and house rules
will result in forfeiture of this deposit.  Rental fee is
$350.00. A group representative must arrive 15
minutes before the facility closes.  Once inside, all
doors will remain locked.  Also, a group representative
must remain in the building until the front desk staff
arrives at 7:30 a.m. to open and check the facility.  The
security deposit will be refunded within two weeks after
the facility check.  The YMCA will provide 1 lifeguard
for 2 hours at no additional charge.  However; if there
are over 25 people in the pool, an additional fee of
$20.00 per hour/per guard will be charged.  Additional
hours at $20.00 per hour/per guard to paid by the

             Baptisms

This reservation includes the use of the YMCA Pool
and Locker Rooms, only, for one hour.  A lifeguard will
be provided for half an hour for the actual baptismal
service.  Baptisms are scheduled on Sundays before
the YMCA opens or immediately after it closes.

Due to renovations of the facility, we are currently NOT
booking any parties, lock-ins or special events. We will begin
booking Splash Pad Parties in April. Facility rental, pool
parties, etc will resume in May when renovations are complete.
