Lunch, Learn, and Lose at the YMCA

Would you like to lose 10 pounds?  Then join us at the YMCA for a
program that will help you look and feel better about yourself.  We
will meet once a week for 10 weeks for a nutrition lesson and weight
loss challenge.  This class is designed to teach you how to shop,
cook and eat healthy as well as motivate you to meet your weight
loss goal and develop permanent, healthy life-style changes.  There
is a fee of $20 per person that will be given back to all who meet
their goal.  You will find the support you need to become healthy
through exercise and eating right.  So join us in January and we'll
reach our goals together!

Registration will begin December 17 at the front desk.  The program
will begin Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 12:15 p.m. at the YMCA
and will end March 12.  Please contact Robin Hatch with any
questions.
