YMCA Weight Loss and Fitness Challenge Programs
New Members- Get "On Track"

This program is designed to help new members get on track to reach their
fitness goals.  The challenge is to complete 36 workouts in 12 weeks and
receive an "On Track" T-shirt.  Schedule an appointment at the front desk for
a Wellness Center orientation and your trainer will get you started on the
2010-2011 Dates

Fitness Challenges

Need motivation to keep your workouts consistent?  The YMCA is committed
to helping our members reach their exercise goals throughout the year with
challenges for every level of fitness.  Participants need to register for the
challenge at the designated time, so watch for details in the Wellness Center
and Group Fitness Studio.  Those who complete the challenge will receive a
"Challenge" T-shirt and celebrate together the success of reaching their
goals.

Fall Fitness Challenge
September 6- November 14, 2010

Winter Fitness Challenge
January 3 - March 13, 2011

Summer Fitness Challenge
June 6 - August 14, 2011
