Youth Sports
Organized youth sports provide a valuable opportunity to
help our children build healthy spirits, minds and bodies.
Our programs center around participation, growth and incorporating
the values of respect, honesty, caring and responsibility.
Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, your child can find a
place on a YMCA team! A late fee of $10 will be applied if a
registration is accepted past the deadline.
Guidelines For YMCA Youth Sports
1. Everyone plays in every game.
2. Fair play and good sportsmanship will be emphasized.
3. Health, fitness, sports skills and lifetime attitudes will be promoted.
4. The family is asked to be involved in some capacity.
5. The "bottom line" is to have fun!
CCSC Soccer
The Central Carolina Soccer Club offers Fall and Spring
Soccer for 4 -17 year olds. Registration ends in August
for the Fall season and February for Spring. Cost is $55. (CCSC is a
member of NCYSA, North Carolina Youth Soccer Association.) Contact
the front desk for more information.
Youth Basketball League (5-7 years) "Dribblers"
Introduction to basketball with emphasis on team play. Games will be
played on 8 foot goals.
Ages: K-2nd Grade
Registration Deadline: January 5
Season: January 19- February 24
Fee: $25/Members $45/Public
Coaches Meeting: January 5, 6:00 p.m.

Introduction to team basketball. Games will be played on 9 foot goals.
Ages: 3rd - 5th Grade
Registration Deadline: January 5
Season: January 19-February 24

Skills Evaluation: January 5, 6:30 p.m.
Coaches' draft immediately following skills evaluation.

This fast-paced, off the wall soccer game is played in the YMCA
gymnasium
Registration Deadline: November 1
Season: November 10-December 15
Fee: $25/Member $35/Public
Winter Indoor Soccer (12-18 Years)
Fun, competitive teenage soccer
Registration deadline: November 1
Season: November 10- December 15
Fee: $25/ Member $35/Public
T-Ball (3-4 years old)
Modified T-Ball (5 to 6 years old)
Instructional T-Ball league with emphasis on sportsmanship and fair
play.
Registration Deadline: May 24
Season: June 5- July 24
Fee: $30/Member $50/Public
Parent Orientation: May 25- 6:30 p.m
C-Ball (7-10 years old)
Basic coach pitch baseball with emphasis on sportsmanship and team
play.
Registration Deadline: May 24
Season: June 4- July 23
Fee: $30/Member $50/Public

Midnight Basketball (Presented by United Way)
All Players must be enrolled in Randolph County or Asheboro City
Schools and be 8 – 18 years of age to be eligible. Games are
Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Registration Deadline: May 30
Season: June 12
Fee: $10.00 (Scholarships are available
